Pregnancy vs virus?

Question

How do you know the difference in pregnancy sickness and viral/flu sickness? I haven't had morning sickness yet and I woke up this morning nauseous, gassy, and dizzy/ light headed.. after I ate pizza I threw up, mostly dry heaved.

you really can't tell lol the only difference is one goes away in a few days and the other one takes weeks or months to go away lol they feel the same
