Heart broken

I went and got a blood test done today and it was negative. However I’m still five days away from my period. I have cried all day knowing that I won’t be able to tell my mother in law that she will be a grandma when I meet her for the first time. Part of me is hoping that the blood test was done early and that I’m still pregnant but I have a feeling that all my pregnancy dreams are all I will be able to have this month. Maybe one day soon I will be blessed with a baby.
