Eczema or thrush on nipples?

Anyone have this? I have very sensitive skin and currently have eczema all over my hands and arms... and I used to get this itchiness on my nipples but it would go away. Now I have it and I don’t know what to do.. it’s not flaky like eczema it’s more moist.. so maybe it’s thrush? What should I do to get rid of this or ease this? I don’t breastfeed but I’m sure thrush could come up from sweating or wearing a dirty bra

I’m not breastfeeding either but sometimes I get a yeast infection (thrush) that starts to take over my whole body. It is terrible! Usually the yeast infection starts in my vagina and also I find yeast on my tongue- it’s just white stuff on the back of your tongue. Then under my breasts will get itchy and kind of raw and then my armpits will, too. Finally my nipples feel like they are ON FIRE. They’re sort of itchy, but mostly burning. Anything rubbing on them makes me crazy. I run home and have to put aloe on them and something to cover them so nothing rubs on them. 
When this happens, I know I’m consuming too much sugar as yeast feeds on sugar. So, I increase my water intake to help flush the sugar out and I reduce my sugar intake to almost nothing. I stick with meat and fresh veggies as much as possible for a while until the yeast is gone. I sometimes will do a vaginal suppository of Greek yogurt and/or coconut oil.
