TTC with Hashimotos

I️ recently got diagnosed with Hashimotos and my doctor thinks I️ might have celiac disease as well I’m waiting to get a scope done. I’m so worried! We’ve already been trying for 2 years and now we have to stop until my tsh is down and till we know if I️ have celiac disease. I️ had no idea trying would be so hard! On top of this my husband has low testosterone and we think he might have low sperm count, we are waiting on those results. I️ feel like the world is against us😕
