Delivery with a Cervical Cerclage.

I'm having my cerclage removed on the 27th, I'll be 36+6. I've been doing a lot of reading about what could happen after the cerclage is removed. I'm really hoping to still have a natural birth but I'm not so sure. My doctor really hasn't said otherwise, but I have read a few stories that are concerning. Also, my nurse at my last NST asked me if my doctor said anything about a c-section after I mention my cerclage. It got me thinking... I'm going to speak to my doctor about it next week but I just wanted to see if any of you know anything about this topic, or your experience with delivery after a cervical cerclage?
