Any advice? Please!

So I'm overweight, I don't think I look terrible but I'm definitely not a healthy size and I do want to change this.

A few years ago, at my heaviest, I lost 60+ pounds and ever since then I've been terrified of being that size again. I don't know how I lost the weight, I think because I switched from an office job to serving and being on my feet helped. Nothing else of my routine changed.

So basically I always gain weight this time of year, that's normal for me, but I've noticed a change this time and it's definitely more weight than normal. I don't have a scale so that's an issue as well, because I don't know for sure how heavy I am. ANYWAY I also have several mental health issues, therefore making it hard to motivate myself as I'm always exhausted and overwhelmed. I eat more than I should be because of this as well, and my family does not have healthy eating habits at all.

Does anyone have any advice for me? Easy simple steps to start with would be best. Thank you so much!
