Was this assault?

6 months ago, this situation happened to me. I was over at this guys house and i liked the guy and he liked me. He asked me stay the night, I figured nothing would happen, we'd makeout and go to sleep. I kept trying to talk to him and he kept trying to kiss me and turned the light off (which I did say yes to) and then he had me get ontop of him and he started dry humping me. And then he started fingering me and then Idk if it was his finger or dick and i screamed ow. He said something and was in disbelief. and then I asked him if he had a condom (by this point I figured what was going to happen, I felt like i didn't have a choice) and then he came back, immediately pushed my legs up and started. I started making noises because I was in pain and he put his hand over my mouth. I did try to move his hand. I remember wanting it to be over. I wasn't virgin so I felt like it didn't matter. The next day I was so sick and nauseated. I couldn't believe what happened. He never talked to me again. This was a close friend of mine.
