Anyone not get a BFP until after 12 DPO?

**UPDATE** I'm 12 DPO with all negatives. AF was due yesterday. I've been cramping like the witch should arrive any minute but nothing! Has anyone tested up until 12dpo with negatives and then gotten a bfp??              ---Still no AF in sight and she's 2 days late. Not even any spotting. I think I have a VVFL on a wondfo this AM!

With my first baby my FRER was stark white on 12dpo, didn’t test 13dpo, and bfp 14dpo. You’re not out until af shows, baby dust

Oh man, please keep us posted. I am literally in the exact same boat.  Today is 12 dpo, AF is 3 days later than usual.  I took a test this morning and it was negative. I've been having cramping on and off and sore breasts and nipples for days.  About three nights ago my cramps felt stronger like AF was about to start but she didn't. I will test again two mornings from now.
