Insomnia
Is it normal to have these episodes at 8 weeks? I haven't slept properly for 3 days now. I am mostly asleep during the day (3-4 hours max) and awake at night. I am starting to feel preggy blues made me just want to cry for nothing. Any remedies for this? I was weaned from meds btw i have panic anxiety . Feeling lost recently
