Is it just me? I am not comfortable at all laying on my stomach at night ugh and that is my favorite position 😩😭

My last pregnancy I️ ran into the same issue, for a long time it helped if I️ propped one knee out to the side when on my stomach, took a lot of the pressure off my belly. Unfortunately I️ haven’t been able to sleep on my stomach since my epidural 😞

Me either and stomach sleeping is the only way I can sleep. I have a snoogle and it helps. It takes pressure off my belly and helps prop me to the side. Kindof like a half stomach/half side sleep

I use to sleep that way, and I didn't like sleeping on my sides. But then I got a body pillow and it helps me sleep so much better! Check them out! It might help you too
