Anyone else had this? Agonising lower back pain/cramps

Hi girls I was 11 days late this month for my period.. I have had (and still having 🙂🙂🙂) VERY strong intense lower back cramps/pain. I have been reduced to tears today at work. 😞

I come on yesterday (Thursday) but been having this constant aching since Monday?! Hence why the tears today not sure how much longer I can cope with it!

This period isn't a "normal" one for me. It's fresh bright red blood. And not even enough to fill a panty liner. Its just there mainly when I go to the toilet and wipe. Feeling how I am bloated, belly cramps and worst of all lover back is killing I though I would be flooding everywhere?! But hardly anything?!

I've taken pain killers, used pain relief gel on my lower back both were useless. I can't sit still or get comfy. Needing to urinate a lot more I literally feel like my uterus is going to fall out 🤢😩😭😂😂

Please any advice or personal experiences please comment. Any good ideas for pain relief are more than welcome 😞😣

The only time I felt pain like this was in early pregnancy this time last year which resulted in a silent miscarriage. Please help thank you xxx
