Possible early contractions!?

I'm 22w3d and about 20 mins ago my stomach was super tight!!! And I had sharp pains lasted a good 10minutes but on an off also had pain on my spine can this be Braxton hicks ?

Not always do the contractions go away.  I have been contracting on and off since 16 weeks with my third but I have a history of placental abruptions as well as preterm labor. Drink water and lay on your left side. They possibly will go away.

drink lots of water and they will go away sometimes you get them when you're dehydrated. that's what happened to me .

yes hun they can start very early, my first child was 20 weeks then my second was 16 weeks
