lip pericing

I got my lip pericing done three months ago, I took it out a week ago because it kept getting infected even with all the cleaning I was doing, I also didn't think I suited it but now I'm worried I'm always going to have the mark there where I had it :( it looks horrible, I have two moles on my upper lip and now it looks like another one because of where the pericing was, will this go, what do I do :(
