Is this the start of my period?

So I am a day late for my AF to visit and today I have noticed that I have been having light red spots throughout the day. I’ve put a tampon in just in case and it barely made a mark... just wondering if this is day 1 of AF or something else!!

Well, for starters, have you been stressed? This has happened to me before, I had gotten stressed at work and it delayed my period by 4 days, but now AF is back to normal. Are you taking BC? And you seem to be spotting, normally that occurs before you start. Have you had sex? I'm small, so sometimes friction can cause irritation and slight bleeding. Don't stress!! It WILL delay your period, but I'm sure you're fine! Besides, symptoms for pregnancy won't be that soon, it takes time. Just breathe!! 😊
