What are the best prenatal vitamins?

I have been taking the vitafusion prenatal gummies for the last few months but I am prone to cavities. Recent dentist visit I had more like usual... even though I brush and floss often. Anybody use any prenatals that aren't HUGE, doesn't make you nauseas/sick and arent full of sugar?

Have you tried Jamiesons new chewable pills? They taste like cranberry apple and aren't that sweet. Plus they have minerals like iron in them that aren't in the gummies!

I take naturelo whole food prenatal vitamins they get all the nutrients from actual plants and fruits etc and they are organic.  Not preggers yet..... working on my rainbow still. 😊🌈

Rainbow Lite are food based vitamins so they are gentler on the stomach. Also taking them at night instead of the morning will help so you sleep through the nausea
