I know this is gross but I really need your ladies help.

So I went to the bathroom tonight and right as I was wiping this thing fell out. It wasn’t painful it just fell out I have been having mild cramps for the last few days. What does this look like? My husband touched it and said it felt very jelly like. I do t k ow I had no one else to ask because no one j it’s were TTC. Thanks ladies
