Do you get comments when you don’t wear makeup?

Question

If I go out not wearing makeup, people always ask if I’m sick. Like, WITHOUT FAIL, someone ALWAYS asks me if I’m feeling okay or if I’m sick when I don’t wear makeup 🙄.  Doesn’t matter if I know the person or not. It makes me so mad and self conscious about how I look naturally.

If I don't wear makeup at work everyone asks me if im sick. That's because i have some redness around my nose, some dark circles around my eyes and my eyebrows only exist half way through, i can't blame them, I do look like im sick or something 😂

I dont wear makeup. 
but I've noticed people who wear it all the time do look very different without. 
my sister in the past 4 months has gotten really into wearing makeup and she took a picture yesterday without and her skin just looked sickish. 
I don't think makeup daily does any good for your face.

When I wore makeup frequently I was asked if I was sick when I didn't wear it. I also have a strange skin tone when I'm not tanned and look a bit yellow/green 😀

my skin looks much healthier when I go through long periods of time without wearing makeup. when I do wear makeup my skin kind of goes to shit and I find myself needing to wear makeup more and more to cover up dark circles, red spots, etc and look bad without it.

It's probably bc you cake the foundation on thick so you skin is a different color hence the sick question. I don't put foundation on bc it messes with my skin so no one ever comments.

I get mostly that I look cute without makeup lol for the first time in a while, my skin is actually really clear, so I haven't been wearing anything but eye makeup. I always have on dark eye makeup so I guess not having any on is a change.
