Late Period, Should I test?

So my period is 4 days late. I have PCOS and was on Metformin for almost a month before I stopped taking it because I was constantly feeling sick. I have cramping, bloating, and some bad lower back pain that is radiating down and around into my lower abdomen. I’ve also been nauseous and had upset stomach, along with more headaches than normal. Would you ladies say I should test?? I haven’t yet because I’ve been so busy working that I didn’t realize until now that I’m late. Advice would be nice, thank you
