Working out and pregnant.
I worked out five to seven days a week before I was pregnant. Sense I have been pregnant it’s been closer to three days a week! My biggest problem is if I don’t have a little snack every hour or two I get so sick with nausea, light headedness and a headache. I have always been careful about not eating right before a workout so I don’t get cramps. Now I don’t have time between snacks. Does anyone have any tips for me on how to work out and snack constantly!?!
