I need help 😭

I have an 8month old she won't go asleep till 12-1 ! it's crazy lol. she does take 3 naps during the day I do try to keep her up but it just doesn't work out. I've tried putting her to bed early but she'll wake up realllly early like 1-2 & stay up.. I need tips advice something :( I don't know what to do
