Could I be pregnant? Not ready 😬😬😬

I’ve had to use the plan b pill in September and October just for precaution because I think I messed up my birth control. Other than that I use my birth control patch correctly and when I think there is a problem then I make him use a condom. I had a regular period in October that lasted three days. All six pregnancy test from 10/28 to 11/17 have been negative. ( all different types and brands) I’ve been kind of constipated or very irregular poops since the beginning of November causing abdomen discomfort and some bloating. I had sex everyday 11/09-11/12. (11/9 and 11/10 with condom and 11/11 and 11/12 bc) pulled out every time too. After the 12tj I’ve had brown bleeding/ discharge with a little light pink for six days now. Period wasn’t due for 11 days. On day four I had a lot of brown discharge (picture). I took a test yesterday and it was negative. I think it’s too early for implantation and I took so many precautions/protected every time I had sex. I think it might be the plan b had screwed up my hormones and causing this? Could I be pregnant?
