Triphasic spike? TTC#1

I’ve only been charting a couple of months but this is the first time I’ve seen such a high spike. Could this be a triphasic pattern? Anyone get a BFP that looked like this? Thanks for looking!

I get a spike like this most months-except this one lol. Doesn’t mean anything unless it stays up. Good luck x
