AF just arrived

Does anyone else immediately start to feel down when AF arrives?!?! I do 😔!

Here's the thing, I have a chronic illness and the only thing that may help it is a medicine that has the potential to make me sterile, so of course me and Hubbs said let's start trying before I start the medicine.

The problem is I don't feel like we're trying enough and Idk how to get him in the mood. I love my husband and I know he loves me but sometimes I don't want sex and neither does he. How do we get back to wanting sex enough or at least around my fertile time to have a baby?
