Implantation cramping? Insight please?

So, I realize symptom searching isn't the best thing to be doing while TTC. I haven't been searching too hard but yesterday I was 7 dpo, with AF due in 7 more days. I experienced mild cramping basically all day and also dull lower back pain. The cramping and back pain was on the right side when I woke up, and then spread to the whole lower abdomen and lower back throughout the day. I've never experienced this before, and they felt a little like AF cramps but different. Today (8 dpo), the cramps seem to have subsided. Could this have been implantation? I did not experience any IB. We BD during my whole fertile window before, day of and 2 days after ovulation (confirmed with opk). Just looking for some insight or if anyone experienced this and ended up pregnant?
