Any tips on Morning sickness?

Jenna

With my daughter I had hyperemesis gravidarum. As some of you may not know all day can’t keep even water down sickness.

I lost 35lbs before I could finally eat again at 30 weeks!

I’m 6 weeks now with my second, I’ve had my gallbladder removed between pregnancies it’s a 6 year difference.

I’m hoping I don’t get hyperemesis gravidarum and I get lucky.

Yesterday I felt so icky my stomach was sore, I kept vomiting, and I had zero appetite.

This morning I feel a lot better, but I can’t force myself to eat because I’m afraid of getting sick 😂 ugh idk why I’m being so weird.

I was just wondering if anyone had ideas on how to subside the sickness
