Swollen outer labia.

My outer labia has swollen up in the last couple of hours. It’s like 2 lumps one on the left and one on the right at the top near my clitoris it’s not itchy, painful or numb just swollen. I’m confused I’ve done nothing different at all I just noticed it when I went to the loo? I don’t know what it could be the right ones more swollen than the left.
