4+4 weird stomach feeling

Ladies please help. I’ve experienced a MC last year and a chemical earlier this year. I’m having this weird feeling (NO PAIN) on my right abdominal area. A mild feeling “like my period is coming” no spotting or bleeding just don’t what this feeling is. Not a nausea feeling nor pain. Just like an uneasy feeling. It’s weird only had it since this morning. Took pregnancy test very dark strong line and came back positive on digital too.

Has anyone experienced this? Should I be concerned?
