Anxiety Remedies Safe For Pregnancy
I was on Prozac and was told to go off of it when I found out I was pregnant. My heart has been racing this past week and a half and that doesn’t help my nerves much because it just scares me. What are some anxiety remedies that are safe for the baby? I’m currently just using essential oils.
