advice ?

So me and my boyfriend had sex last night and when we were done he noticed a little bit of blood ... nothing crazy but definitely blood. during sex I did feel a couple seconds of pain but just figured he went a little too deep. Didn't really think anything of it, went to sleep with a liner and the next morning it was filled with like a brown/red color. fairly light though .... and just now I went to wipe & there was like clear bloody discharge ... I'm so confused... I've never seen this and my period isn't due for another week , what could this be ? still fairly light btw.
