Doesn’t matter. I used to test three times a day and and would only catch it once during one of those times. Then other months I’d get OPKs for two days straight. Just remember that every cycle will be different

Everything I’ve read has pointed as saying 2pm is when LH peaks so that’s the best time for the test. 
Obviously that can be difficult with work etc. 
I generally test in the morning until the line is starting to get darker, and then start doing them as soon as I get home from work. 
I don’t usually miss the peak that way, but if I do I’ve got a fair idea ovulation is coming and confirm with bbt.
