ok help please

Ok I'm confused and need help as you can see top ovulation test was on the 16th which to me looked positive then next day negative and today blazing positive. Do I put down on glow as lh surge today? Even tho the 16th looked positive? I couldn't of ovulated twice? Any help would be much appreciated
