2nd miscarriage

Last week I found out I was pregnant after trying for a year and a half. today I found out that the pregnancy is no longer going forward. My numbers dropped to 9 today. I'm just heartbroken. I had a miscarriage in 2010 with our first pregnancy and now this one.. I feel like I'm letting my husband down. I was so excited and so scared at the same time. They also told me I have a cyst on my right ovary. could that have caused this one? should I be concerned? praying for our rainbow baby to come soon!
