left ovary pain

AF is due any day now. Seems like suddenly when i cough/randomly i have a dull achy pain only in my left ovary. Sometimes its a bit sharp and goes away rather quick. No other unusual symptoms than the normal before AF is due or any usual symptoms of pregnancy. Possible sign of pregnancy?
