Bleeding?!

I’ve had sex with a fuck buddy in August. I’ve continued to get my period. Except in September it was kinda light; not light enough for implantation but enough to be counted as a period. i had symptoms and all. In September, i haven’t had any symptoms what so ever, AF just came rushing for me. I didn’t have any symptoms but my period did come. Im not due for another ten days according to the app but i’ve had bad constipation earlier this week, i have this line on my belly that i’ve had my whole life, & my boobs are getting little circles on them.
