trigger warning. what women wear

in y'alls opinion what does a women wear who wants to get raped? my mom just told me to not wear shorts in public bc men will look and basically rape me if I'm not careful with how I dress. my ass cheeks aren't even close to hanging out and I'm not dressed "slutty" so why is it always the woman's fault for getting raped? I also don't dress to get attention either I'm pretty modest and I've been raped by saying no. like wtf.. no one asks to be raped and it really annoys me when ppl have this mindset that it's the woman's fault when it's never her fault
