Should I talk to a therapist?
So for the past year my boyfriend and I have been living together and for the past few months I have been having nightmares so bad to were I wake up punching and kicking him. This happens about a few times a week. I honest think he's scared of me sometimes, because I usually don't wake up until he has bruises. I honest think I would be better off sleeping on the couch I just don't know how to cope with this.
