Constipation. Horrible constipation that leads to tummy cramping and gas. Any recommendations for a good/safe laxative??

Also, my nipples are ON FIRE. They are peeling horribly and ITCH. I didn’t think I’d have to start with lanolin cream yet, but hey - at least it’s sort of working!

In all, though, this pregnancy is going by quicker than I expected. Second trimester is just around the corner and I can’t wait to (hopefully) start feeling more energized and less sick.
