Seeing Silver/glitter dots floating around me ?

Question

I was in the shower and started seeing silver, glitter like chunks floating around me in the air has any one else experienced this? My BP has been up and down (not too high though ) last couple of months through my pregnancy but two days ago it was normal anyway so it’s not preeclampsia but last couple of days my eyes have been playing tricks me a bit. Nothing to worry about ?

I get that sometimes. My doc says it's  caused by overheating or dehydration. If you were taking a hot shower, that might have caused it. Just get somewhere cool, sit down and drink a glass of water. I get it all the time while cooking.

You could just be getting dizzy. It happens to me a lot

if it's a once in awhile occur ancestors I think you should be fine, I get them every once and a while, but if it's happening much more frequently, definitely bring it up to your dr. you could always buy a blood pressure cuff from your local store with a pharmacy.
