Am I the only one orrr?!?!?
Am I the only one who works themselves up so much about 'morning sickness' that you eventually make yourself sick thinking about it! I get reaaalllyyy bad anxiety especially when I'm out in public because i scare myself into thinking "omg what if I need to throw up while I'm at the shops? Where will I throw up? Where's the closest toilets? What if I can't keep it in?" and I make myself feel sick and I have a panic attack.. am I the only one? I feel horrible, ever since I was about 8-10 weeks I have felt like this (I'm almost 16 weeks now).. I don't want it to stress the baby out.. does anyone have any tips on how I can stop myself feeling this way?
