no fetal pole subchorionic hemorrhage

I left the hospital a couple hours ago, I was experiencing bright red bleeding. I bled through my underwear and pants, the blood is now a brownish pink color but I am still bleeding and experiencing pain. They did an ultrasound, they saw no fetal pole, only a gestational sac. The sac measured correctly and my.hormone levels correlate with my gestation, but they said the shape of the sac is abnormal. I have a subchorionic hemorrhage and was told it could go either way, but they are leaning more towards a miscarriage. Anyone experience this? Or have any kind words.. I'm very numb rn.
