Could test come back positive?

Ok ladies, so I am currently in the hospital with a nasty tummy bug and they are running some blood tests. I was wondering if a pregnancy would show up positive on the blood test at only 4-6 days post ovulation?

i think it is still too early usally cant tell till at least past 9 or 10 dpo
