Two questions

Please answer both:

1. My boyfriend and I are going to his families house for thanksgiving because he has a bigger family and mine is going out of town. (We've been together almost 10 months). He said "next thanksgiving well just have to tell my family it's your families turn". Question is: Does that mean he plans on sticking around and can see us together for basically another year?

2. I want to suggest going to my families house out of town on Friday and spending the night Friday and hanging out till Saturday. I don't want it to be an inconvenience because Sunday we are going to a second thanksgiving with his family. December 1-4th we are going out of town for a camping trip and late December we are going out of state. Question is: If I ask do you think it will make him rethink switching families next year? Or rethink anything about us?
