Can being sick delay your period?

So for the last month and a half I was really sick (sore throat, swollen tonsils, nausea, etc) the first week I was sick I had gotten my period and now that I’m feeling better my periods due (of course) and I’m now late by 2 days but I have the signs of a period, cramps mostly and some back pain . I’ve also been on two rounds of antibiotics (about 20 days) because the sickness wouldn’t go away. Is this normal? I’m not pregnant, there’s no chance of that even in the slightest.
