Husband won't let me stop breastfeeding!

I have tried multiple times to wean my 20 month old because He has been eating really well he drinks a lot of water on his own and plus he loves taking his chewable vitamins. He really only needs at night to sleep but EVERY time I've tried to get him stop my husband is the one to give up and tells me to feed him because HE is tired!! What do I do? I've tried talking, screaming and crying to him for help he says he will help me but at the end of the day it's me in the rocking chair at 3 am trying to get baby to sleep. What can I do?
