I  finally found out I was pregnant and went to the doctor, I had blood work done and it was confirmed! This all happened last week. 
So yesterday and today (just to use them up), I took my last two pregnancy tests. Well the line is now lighter. Last week, when I was taking the tests, it was as dark as dark can be. But now, it’s lighter - still clearly visible, but lighter. Yesterday, when I wiped, it was light pink on the toilet paper. It was ever so slight and only happened once. 
Is this normal? Just wondering why the test would get lighter.

I would stop worrying until I went to the Dr. stop testing just live for now.

It all depends on how far along you are! Between 5 and 8 weeks, the line can get lighter and even disappear! It’s called the hook effect! You can google it and read about it. So if you’re in that time frame, it could absolutely be a NORMAL thing! Don’t automatically jump to thinking about miscarriage! The likelihood of a healthy normal pregnancy is WAY higher than the likelihood of a miscarriage!

It happened to me when I was miscarrying. My lines got progressively lighter, and one day I started spotting. But that's not always the case. Your urine could be more diluted, the test could just be different. You can't rely on those tests to tell you how your pregnancy is progressing, as much as we want to know! I know it's hard, but don't test anymore and try not to stress. If you notice more bleeding or it gets heavier with cramps, you should call and go in, but just light spotting by itself is pretty common and doesn't always mean the worst!
