Is my three month old teething?🤷🏾‍♀️

My baby is 3 months old, a few days ago she starts to cry out of no where for a few minutes at a time. I have notice that she sucking on her fingers or blankets, scratching one side of her head and being extremely fussy when I am not holding her, also she moans and grunts a lot. I’ve tried teething toys but she isn’t a fan of them. It’s driving me crazy that I don’t know what’s wrong. I can’t call my pediatrician since they are closed on the weekends.. I would go to the hospital but they don’t have an on call pediatrician.
