I cut my left thumb yesterday and had to put a bandaid on it. The only problem is that I play clarinet, and the edge of the bandaid goes right over the pad of my thumb, so I can't cover the tone hole with out air leaking. To put it simply, I can't play my clarinet with the bandaid on, but if I pay without it I might get blood on my clarinet. Meanwhile, I have a playing test on Monday (which I was supposed to practice for over the weekend, but I couldn't because I cut my finger before I could practice) which I haven't been able to practice for, not to mention I wouldn't be able to do the test anyway because I wouldn't be able to play. Any ideas?
