should i wait till after my first appointment?

I'm taking a test in two days if its positive i know how i want to tell my s/o. i will put in a box that says "to blah blah from the stork" and inside will be 3 outfits, my test and depending on if i wait till my first ultra sound it will be the ultrasound. should i wait or tell him asap?? im not sure and im 50/50 with it
