First cycle after birth control

Hey all! So this is my first month off Nuvaring. I know it's possible to ovulate right after getting off birth control, but also know it can take a while for your body to regulate. Anyway, this week was my ovulation week, and I did have some cramping (mild) and hella mood swings. I cried at the most ridiculous things 😂 Not sure if I ovulated this month, if my body is trying to regulate, or if it was a combination of the two lol 🤷🏼‍♀️ Did anyone else have funky things going on with their body when they first got off their birth control?
