BC stopped period or pregnant?

My bc stopped my period for a pretty long time. I take a continuous 3 week pack and no placebo to help regulate hormones for migraines. (Doctor said it was normal!!)

All of the sudden I started a brown “globby” period-like discharge on Thursday night and it seems to have completely stopped today (Sunday).

I’ve honestly never had unprotected sex. I also take my pill every day..

I don’t know what to think. Please help me.
